Community Standards

1. Free Speech and Legal Compliance

We place a high premium on free speech and support your right to express yourself freely. However, this freedom must be exercised within the laws of the countries where your content is viewed. Do not use Showcaseful to share content that is illegal, promotes illegal activities, or violates the rights of others.

2. No Adult Content

Showcaseful is not a platform for adult content. Do not upload, share, or link to any material that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience. This includes, but is not limited to, nudity, sexual acts, and content that objectifies individuals in a sexual manner.

3. Electoral Integrity

Do not use Showcaseful to interfere with or undermine electoral processes. This includes, but is not limited to:

Misleading the public about where, how, or who can participate in elections.
Selling or attempting to sell your right to vote.

4. Username Policies

Usernames on Showcaseful are intended for active use by our community members. Do not:

Buy, sell, hoard, or trade usernames.
Secure a username without the intention of using it.
Engage in ‘domain squatting’ to prevent others from using a username or to profit from reselling it.
Such practices are not only against our policies but may also be illegal in some jurisdictions.

5. Illegal Goods and Services

Do not use Showcaseful to advertise, encourage, or facilitate the sale of regulated or illegal goods, services, or activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

Alcohol (you may advertise with a liquor license but cannot sell directly through Showcaseful).
Controlled substances.
Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes.
Weapons, weapon schematics, accessories, and ammunition, including firearms and real-life replicas lacking indicators that clearly denote they cannot be fired.
Fireworks and explosives.
Body parts (including body fluids, blood, etc.) or offers of humans for sale.
Endangered or protected species or parts thereof.
Regulated plants, insects, animals.
Offers for adoption/surrogacy.
Counterfeit goods.
Recalled items.
Stolen items.
Products offered through multi-level marketing schemes.
Embargoed goods.
Hazardous/toxic materials.
ID documents.
Personal information or mailing lists.
Gambling, including casino and betting games (fantasy sports are permitted).

Additionally, any content designed to target minors must not promote anything inappropriate, unsafe, or that exploits or exerts undue pressure on them.

6. Spam and Fraud

Do not use Showcaseful to spam or scam visitors. This includes:

Linking to external sites that collect personal information under false pretenses.
Creating multiple accounts to advertise goods, services, or domains.
Creating multiple accounts to collect affiliate per-click funds.

7. Harassment and Bullying

Do not use Showcaseful to target individuals with the intention to intimidate, harass, threaten, or bully. We are committed to maintaining a respectful community where everyone feels safe.

8. Extremist and Terrorist Content

Do not use Showcaseful to advertise, propagandize, praise, or collect funds for extremist groups or their activities. Such content is strictly prohibited.

9. Child Safety

We have a zero-tolerance policy for content that harms minors or endorses harming minors. Do not upload or link to:

Child sexual abuse material.
Solicitation of minors.
Imagery featuring underage individuals in inappropriate contexts.
We actively report any such content to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

10. Self-Harm

While we support discussions around recovery and mental health, do not use Showcaseful to promote or idealize suicide, self-mutilation, or disordered eating. Our goal is to foster a safe environment for all users.

11. Shocking or Violent Content

Do not share content intended to shock or disturb visitors, such as gore, mutilation, excessive violence, or physical abuse. Such content is not permitted on Showcaseful.

12. Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights are being infringed, please contact us.

13. Privacy and Impersonation

Protecting privacy is crucial. Do not:

Expose others’ personal identifying information (e.g., billing details, IDs).
Collect identifying information without a legal basis (e.g., explicit consent).
Share private media (e.g., image-based sexual abuse, including AI-generated content).
Impersonate other individuals or organizations.

If you collect personal information from visitors, you must provide a privacy notice that complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

We take these Community Standards seriously and will enforce them to maintain the integrity of our platform. Violations may result in the removal of content, suspension of accounts, or other actions as deemed necessary.
